These Terms govern your use of the Senti Eco app and services. By signing in or using the app, you agree to them.
Who can use Senti Eco
Senti Eco is for collection-centre agents and staff who record waste-collection activity, and is intended for users aged 15 and above. You must provide accurate details and are responsible for activity under your account.
Signing in
Access is passwordless: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email. Keep your device and contact details secure. To limit abuse, SMS codes are rate-limited.
Acceptable use
Record data honestly and only for legitimate collection-centre operations. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the app's security or operation.
Data you record
You're responsible for the accuracy of the weighments, payouts, and worker details you enter. This data belongs to the collection centre and is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing info@trixa.net.
Updates & availability
We may require you to update to the latest app version to keep using the service, and may change or pause features to improve or secure the platform.
