The logistics and consolidation layer. They buy from multiple collection centres, consolidate volumes, sort by grade, and supply to processors. Many extend credit to centres and manage complex multi-party trade relationships across cities.
Processors & Recyclers
The transformation layer. Materials are cleaned, shredded, melted, or processed into raw inputs for manufacturing. Quality control, yield optimization, and supply consistency are the critical challenges at this stage.
Export & Manufacturing
The final destination. Recycled materials enter global commodity markets or feed local manufacturing. Price transparency, export documentation, quality certification, and compliance tracking are essential at this scale.
